Bitrix24 integration with the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF 2.0) · ARTISMEDIA Sp. z o.o., Warsaw
- Send FA(3) structured invoices to KSeF straight from Bitrix24 invoices: VAT, corrections, advance and final invoices.
- KSeF number, status and UPO saved in the invoice and its timeline; visualization with the KSeF QR code.
- Receive purchase invoices from KSeF: list, preview, import to the CRM (company by NIP, deal or smart process item, "Approve for payment" task).
- Check the supplier and the bank account on the Polish VAT white list before paying; split-payment (MPP) warnings.
- Validation before sending (official FA(3) schema), TEST / DEMO / PRODUCTION environments.
- KSeF token stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany).

Why KSeF CRM
- Incoming and outgoing invoices. Send your sales invoices to KSeF and bring purchase invoices issued to your NIP into the CRM, in one app.
- Four FA(3) invoice types. VAT invoices, corrections, advance and final invoices, with the KSeF number, the UPO confirmation and the KSeF QR code.
- Checked before sending. Validation against the official FA(3) schema and a clear list of what to fix on the invoice.
- VAT white list check (Pro). Supplier and bank account are checked on the Polish VAT white list before you pay, with a warning for payments over PLN 15,000 to an account outside the list.
- Inside Bitrix24 invoices. A KSeF tab on the invoice card; purchase invoices imported with the supplier company by NIP and an “Approve for payment” task.
- Secure by design. The KSeF token is stored encrypted (AES-256), TEST / DEMO / PRODUCTION environments, optional admin-only sending. Hosted in the EU (Germany).
