Pulse24: CRM sales analytics built from your own Bitrix24 data

Sales funnel, revenue, responsible persons and time at each stage, in one Bitrix24 section, without exporting your CRM database to a separate BI tool.

What it shows

  • The sales funnel by stage: how many deals and how much money sit at each stage.
  • Breakdowns by responsible person, month and pipeline, with currency conversion.
  • Time at each stage: median, average, stuck deals and honest conversion based on actual stage transitions.
  • Drill-down: click a stage to list its deals, click a deal to open it in the CRM.

How your data is handled

  • Figures are calculated from your Bitrix24 data; only aggregates (numbers and IDs) are cached.
  • The app doesn’t store deal titles, client contacts or phone numbers.
  • Access rights are respected: a department head sees their department, an employee sees their own deals. Bitrix24 itself confirms who is signed in.
  • From employee data, only names and departments are used: minimal access scopes are enough.

Why Pulse24

  • Honest conversion (Pro). Calculated on the real history of stage transitions, not by dividing neighbouring columns of the funnel. Deals that skip stages never push conversion above 100%.
  • See the bottleneck (Pro). Median and average time at each stage and the deals that are stuck right now.
  • Targets with a forecast (Pro). Target vs actual for each sales rep, department or pipeline, an end-of-period forecast at the current pace and a leaderboard.
  • Commissions by your rules (Pro). Tiers by target attainment, a bonus for hitting the target, deal splits between reps, period approval and a CSV or Excel report.
  • Correct totals in any currency. Amounts are converted with your account’s own exchange rates; if a deal cannot be converted, the dashboard says so instead of adding euros to dollars.
  • Ready on install, read-only. No reports to build. Access follows your company structure, and Pulse24 never changes anything in your CRM.
