Pay24
Is it paid? Partial payments for Bitrix24 invoices and deals — and a bank statement import that finds which invoices your clients have paid.
- Payments tab in every deal and invoice: amount, paid, balance due, days overdue. Enter partial payments in seconds.
- Bank statement import: CAMT.053 (ISO 20022), MT940 (including Polish and German formats) and CSV — Revolut Business, Wise, mBank, ING and any other bank with column mapping.
- Automatic matching by invoice number in the payment details (also DocMaster24 numbers like INV/2026/00001), amount, client VAT ID / NIP and IBAN. Confident matches are recorded automatically; everything else waits for you with Match / Skip buttons. The same statement is never recorded twice.
- Reports in CRM: “Paid”, “Balance due”, “Last payment date”, “Days overdue” and “Payment status” are copied to deal fields, so you can filter deals and build reports with standard Bitrix24 tools.
- Statement of account for a client: invoiced, paid and balance due as a PDF.
- Automation: triggers “invoice fully paid”, “partial payment received”, “overpayment” and a workflow robot that returns the balance.
Payments are stored in Bitrix24 itself (standard payments of deals and invoices). Bank statements are processed in memory and are not stored.
Why Pay24
- No access to your bank account. Upload the statement file you download in online banking (CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV); Pay24 never connects to the bank.
- Automatic matching. Payments are matched with open invoices and deals by invoice number, amount (full or partial), VAT ID / NIP, IBAN and payer name. Confident matches are recorded; the rest wait for one click.
- Partial payments in plain sight. Paid, balance due, days overdue and payment status on the deal and invoice card, and in deal fields for filters, reports and kanban.
- Safe with real statements. The same statement uploaded twice never records a payment twice; payments in another currency need your confirmation; overpayments are flagged.
- Statement of account and automation. A printable statement for a client, and triggers “invoice fully paid”, “partial payment received” and “overpayment” for your workflows.
- Payments stay in your CRM. They are standard Bitrix24 payments and remain if you remove the app. Bank statements are read in memory and are not stored.
