For your CRM data we act as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR; the processing terms are part of each app's privacy policy.

A Bitrix24 administrator of your account opens the app and clicks "Upgrade to Pro". Payment is made on the secure Stripe Checkout page and goes directly to ARTISMEDIA Sp. z o.o., not through Bitrix24 Market. We never see or store your card data. Invoices are issued through Stripe.
Yes. Every account gets a 14-day trial of Pro once per app. It starts automatically on the first launch and needs no card. If you do not subscribe, the account simply moves to the Free plan and nothing is charged.
Cancel any time with "Manage subscription" in the app (Stripe Customer Portal) or by e-mail. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free. You can ask for a full refund of the first payment within 14 days. Uninstalling an app does not cancel the subscription — please cancel first. Details: the Refund Policy of each app (links below).
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax from the billing address and VAT ID entered at checkout: EU businesses outside Poland with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT (reverse charge — you account for it); customers in Poland pay 23% Polish VAT; other customers as required by law.
CRM data stays in your Bitrix24 account. Our servers are at Hetzner in Germany (EU) and keep only what each app needs — such as settings, subscription status and technical logs; the full list is in each app's privacy policy. MCP24 passes the data your AI assistant asks for to the AI provider you have chosen, after masking.
No. One subscription covers the whole Bitrix24 account, however many users it has.
